Shipping Policy


It's our goal to process & ship your orders that come in before 1:00 P.M. PST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays and special closures). Processing may take longer if we need to clarify shipping, or payment-related issues (or after a major sales event). You can contact us at sales@grullin.com for more information.

 

Orders are not processed / shipped during weekends, holidays, and special closures. 

Please Note:

During special sales events (Black Friday & Year-End Sale), orders may take 1-3 business days to process due to high volume. 

For buyer protection, we may not change the shipping method selected ( i.e. change of address, re-routing, change to a different carrier, A.M. delivery, weekend delivery ). All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided on the order, so please ensure your address is correct and complete. 

If you choose FREE shipping ( Economic Shipping ), we will ship your order via the most economic method that delivers to your area (usually EPACKET, China Post or US Postal Service). We will provide you with a tracking number with an estimated delivery time. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery date, nor can we re-route your package once shipped. 

If you prefer your order to be delivered by a certain date, or if you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know in the "Order Comments" section during checkout. 

Shipping charges are not included in our pricing unless your order qualifies for free shipping. Please place your order in the "Shopping Cart" to obtain a shipping estimate.
